Starting in February 2010 I will be playing the fourth Friday of each month at The Carlisle Elks Lodge. Keep watching for further details on this fun concept. To just come for the dance, there will be a $5.00 Admission(Good Deal)..Try and make group reservations if you can. They will be setting up tables of eight. Get a group together and let's dance, dance, dance. There is certainly need for alarm especially when you are gathering in family surroundings at events such as wedding receptions, picnics, birthday parties etc. Being a radio DJ/Personality/MC(WHYL 960) I have exclusive access to songs that feature "Clean Radio Edits". Many DJ's just download the full length un-edited versions of songs from the internet because it's the easy and cheap thing to do. But, many of those songs are not appropriate for the particular occasion and can destroy a party. That's why so many of these DJ's,((We call these DJ's bottom feeders) can work so cheaply. I subscribe to an exclusive service, which is ONLY available to Radio people, that contains "Clean Radio Edits". It's not the cheap, easy, illegal way to go, but, for me, it's the only way to go. Don't let objectionable song lyrics ruin your next function. Be very careful when booking a Non-Radio DJ. Ask if their (DJ)show features Clean Radio Edits. If they don't, be sure to call me. We have fun without being obnoxious or careless. Ben Barber DJ Events stands out far and above the bottom feeder DJ's and the corporate based DJ companies, which in reality, are just sales organizations who assign you a DJ from their stash.
