I promise to never:

Complain,
Make Excuses,
Use foul language,
Stick you with hidden costs,
Over-book my available dates,
Sell your party to a sub-contractor,
Do more than one function per day,
Play music with objectionable lyrics,
Play music that is overly sexual or
un-appropriate for a family gathering,
Deliver less than promised,
Use sub-standard equipment,
Employ a substitute DJ,
Leave early,
Purposely embarrass anyone,
Have a bad attitude!


The standards on the left are the benchmark for my level of quality customer service. The standards on the right are the real issues that I have seen taken for granted, over looked and abused in our industry.

These standards are written and followed as a clear guideline to work from and to provide YOU with the peace of mind YOU deserve when YOU entrust YOUR wedding reception or party to my care.
